Why support a family friendly workplace culture?

The issue of balancing work and home life is one of the most important questions facing Australian organisations today.

For many employees, balancing paid work with carer responsibilities – whether they be children, parents or a family member with special needs – has become a stressful and daunting task. Employers, meanwhile, are challenged with attracting and retaining great staff, encouraging the ageing population to continue in paid employment, and increasing productivity within sustainable work environments.

Supporting our mission

The Australian Family Friendly Workplace Seminar is an important national initiative under the auspice of the Workplace Training Advisory of Australia (WTAA).
Our mission is to support the increased awareness and importance of a family friendly workplace to both employers and employees across the country and to provide the highest level of services to aid organisations in creating a family friendly workplace.

The Seminar

The Australian Family Friendly Workplace Seminar will present an opportunity to access cutting-edge strategies to overcome issues relating to family friendly workplace policy and to hear from leading organisations at the forefront of innovative proven strategies.

Supporting NBCF
