A. The Australian Family Friendly Workplace Seminar (AFFWS) is an important initiative set up to address a broad range of issues related to family friendly and work/life balance trends, helping Australian organisations attract and retain staff by creating a family-friendly working environment.

A. The seminar has been designed for HR professionals, organisational development specialists and decision-makers from the private and public sectors. All Australian workers with an interset in family friendly and work/life balance trends are welcome to attend the seminar.
